Welcome to my blog and thank you for stopping by. I know your time is very limited and I am grateful you chose to spend some of it visiting here with me.

You’ll notice this blog is a little different than most. There are no extra graphics. No ads. No affiliate links. Just posts. That’s because this blog is not about anything but Christ and His Word.

I use nicknames for people I mention. This is to avoid bringing glory to any man and because it is not about the person being mentioned. It is about how God is using them to further the kingdom and to glorify Himself.

I started this blog as a place to record some of the lessons I’m learning as I study my Bible, lessons I’ve taught over the years, and random tidbits that come to me as I’m studying and praying. I hope these things will be a blessing to you and encourage you in your faith walk.

You are welcome, and encouraged!, to comment on any and all posts to share your thoughts or expanded ideas about them. The more we work together to learn and share, the more we can help ourselves and others. This is about community and friendship.
